1. We don’t do acupuncture, chiropractics, dietitian, nutritionist. massage, day spa, psychologist, psychiatrist, accountant, financial advisor, lawyer, architect, Interior Designer or any licensed professionals.
2. We don’t sell or manufacture vitamins , products, device , equipment or any machinery .
3. We don’t practice of any medicine either western, modern , oriental or Chinese herb at all ,
4. We don’t offer any program or therapy to sell .

4. Thou Shalt Hydrate Abundantly
-Drink water regularly throughout the day to support all body functions.
5. Thou Shalt Manage Stress Wisely-Practice deep breathing, meditation, or time in nature to calm the mind.
6. Thou Shalt Foster Positive Relationships-Surround yourself with supportive, kind, and uplifting people.
7. Thou Shalt Rest and Rejuvenate- Schedule time to unwind and take breaks to avoid burnout.

-Limit alcohol, quit smoking, and avoid excessive screen time or processed foods.

1. Thou Shalt Eat Whole Foods
Favor natural, unprocessed foods — fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds.
2. Thou Shalt Not Overeat-
Practice portion control and eat mindfully; stop when you're comfortably full.
3. Thou Shalt Include Vegetables in Every Mea-Vegetables are rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and disease-fighting antioxidants.
4. Thou Shalt Limit Sugar and Refined Carbs-Avoid sugary drinks, candies, and white bread that spike blood sugar and cause energy crashes.
